Gawad Kalinga Enchanted Farm Visit

The College Government of Business (CGB), Professional Organizations of Business and Economics (PROBE), and RVRCOB Faculty (Ms. Hilda Salendrez, Ms. Erlinda Pangan, Mr. Earl Chow, Dr. Junette Perez, Ms. Dang De Mesa, and Mr. Florenz Tugas) visited Gawad Kalinga Enchanted Farm in Angat, Bulacan last February 25, 2012. This is an initial step for the College's community engagement initiatives this AY 2012-2013 which are centered on Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship.

This initiative was immediately followed through by a Meeting/Discussion on Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship with Mr. Tony Meloto, the man behind Gawad Kalinga, on March 21, 2012 held at Pablo Nicolas Auditorium. Administrators and faculty members from RVRCOB who attended the said event were once again challenged by the social reality and inspired to take on the social responsibility.
